Excellent customer service, helped me easily design a custom playmat, was a breeze. Very reasonably priced, being roughly the same price as officially licensed products, but much higher quality. Will be buying from again.
Cute and easy to order custom desk mat
Really happy with the quality of the mousepad. I went with a stock pad from the site as I was nervous about getting the resolution of the image wrong, size is 70cmx30cm. It came a bit dirty out of the package with a couple of smudges but it includes cleaning instructions so hopefully it'll come up like new. Came earlier than expected delivery, would definitely order from them again

Outstanding quality for a reasonable price
I recently ordered a custom mouse pad for a colleague who was leaving our team and it's always a risk that the finished product may not live up to expectations. I've got to say the end result is stunning!
The art is crisp and the colours are exact to the original artwork, the mousepad looks outstanding and the rest of the folks on the team have said they want a similar one if they leave.
One thing I would choose on the next order is coloured stitching, there are no issues with the black stitching, however the coloured option would be sheer perfection.
The 3mm thick neoprene feels good and I think I'll stick with that for future orders.
Overall, very impressed with the final result and will definitely be ordering through Quokka again.

It was so straight forward to order a custom mousepad via the website; and then it arrived in good time, and the print quality and feel of the mat is so good! I love having one of my favourite art pieces as physical media that I use/touch every day.

Perfect and high quality print
I was looking to replace my old desk pad and decided to purchase a mousepad from Quokka considering the reasonable price and high quality of print shown in the pictures. I'm glad I did because the mousepad turned out even better than expected. The colors are vibrant and the picture on the mousepad turned out clear and high-resolution. I will definitely be ordering more mousepads from here in the future!
Love it - exactly what I asked for!
I asked for a custom mousemat (largest size possible) with the Voron logo that I uploaded repeated horizontally and vertically and that's exactly what I got. It's beautifully made, has a lovely feel to it, my mouse glides well and the borders of the mousepad are stitched very neatly. Extremely happy, THANKS!
Good Australian custom mousepad service
Just want to start of by saying I only just got this mousepad, and I can't speak for how good it is long term. I only say this because my old one from Ali Express was very thin (2mm) and started curling in around the edges after a few years. The print is good, details in the original art were kept, and the quality was very good. The package came faster than expected, it took about 12 days to arrive. They also included stickers from Genshin Impact, even though I don't play it, it was a nice addition.
Also want to add, the picture might seem more vibrant in comparison to the mousepad, but my monitor settings are on 100 vibrance, it's way more saturated than it normally is.

An amazing experience all round
I ordered the Devil Horn Girl Design Mousepad Deskmat - 60x30cm / 3mm / Colour Stitched. It was really easy to order from the premade section and it was really hard to choose a design but this one stayed in my mind. You can order shipping protection too which is well worth the small cost.
Design: it is a really unique design that fits in with my pastel/goth aesthetic (mostly black and pink with other accents). it stands out and even has a little glow when my RGB keyboard is on it at night which is super fun!
stitching/quality: The stitching is superbly reinforced and will last a long time. My mouse glides over it so smoothly and my keyboard no longer moves on its own on my desk. it has been designed to last (even with my uncoordinated self). The underside of the mat is also reinforced so it doesnt move which is a definite asset!
Customer service: the team are wonderful at service and embracing their community. They have a strong online prescence (check them out on twitter/X) and are always welcome for honest feedback.

When I made the original purchase, it was a very impulse decision. After looking at custom desk mats at all the usual places for a long time, I just decided to pull the trigger with Quokka. I went all out. Thickest and largest option with colour stitching.
I didn't quite realise just how big the option that I chose was until it arrived today and I was blown away. The printing and stitching is amazing. So you look at the website, and it's easy to make something LOOK good, with editing etc.
But no. There mouse mats are INSANE quality. My desk is stupidly big (120x80) and I got to to cover over 80% of it. So happy!

Gotta be the best custom mat I have ever seen. There is little to no flaws and the stitching is on point! The printing is fantastic and shows every detail from the image I requested. Pricing was relatively cheap compared to other custom playmat stores. Shipping was free but came surprisingly quick. Overall, I will definitely buy from here again and will recommend to my friends!
Great product
Really love the product I received. Always wanted a bigger mousepad and was convinced by a friend to go with these guys. After 6+ months of owning it, it seems to still be in great condition. Quality seems high. Colouring is very good and vibrant.

Incredibly Impressed
As a non-Aussie, I took a chance on a brand I had never heard of. SO glad I did! The colors were vibrant, the art looked HD, and the stitching and grip on the back were very well-crafted. Premium quality, premium service
Ordered a somewhat complex image, and what I received was spot on, if anything the quality was better than expected. The game mat came rolled up but almost instantly rolled out perfectly flat, the quality is premium and the prints are vibrant. Would heavily recommend. I have about 5 of my other mates that will be placing their own orders soon!

One of the best mousepads
Where do I start? Customer Service is top notch and replies quite quickly. Had a bit of a mishap where I was sent the wrong mousepad at first, honestly wasn't even mad as it was one I was looking at anyway. The issue was quickly rectified and I received the one I originally ordered. The quality is so good I kinda wish I could use it as a pillow. You can tell that they actually care about the products and their customers. Plus you get stickers in your order!

The mouse pad was perfect! Great quality! My husband loves a good joke and was so impressed with this bad boy! I offered to buy him a proper one, but he's thrilled with this one, so I'm happy that he's happy. Arrived much earlier than the ETA for the custom mouse pad. I couldn’t find a design I loved, so I went with their custom range.
I sent my file to them and they came back with a screenshot of approximate positioning to make sure I was 100% happy.
Arrived and laid flat immediately out of the box! No curly, wavy edges you have to flatten or iron for a week.
Looks good, fits both keyboard and mouse, and seems to clean easily.

Initial issues, Quick resolution, Great quality
Requested two custom game matts, had some unfortunate issues initially but spoke to the support, they were incredibly fast and the issues were resolved within hours of the initial package arriving, with 0 hassle fuss or any additional stress.
Quality of the matts themselves are fantastic as well, the prints came out vibrant and there was no bleedthrough of the fabric, they're still relatively new so im unsure about the longterm wear and tear affects but after several weeks of use they're still looking crisp and amazing.

Received the wrong item by measurements but contacted support and they resolved the issue perfectly, I couldn't of come up with a better solution. Quality meets Customisation!
I've gotta say this product is amazing! I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about how it would turn out with a custom design but the quality is outstanding! The quality of the print, the stitching around the sides and the rubber surface underneath! I don't think I could recommend this enough! Great product delivered quickly!
I bought a desk pad to try out and came across this through goatclub. Even without the discount I think it’d be worth it. The pads feel really nice and surprisingly repel water and dirt quite well! It also works with my power play mousepad as long as I remove the included hard pad that came with it.
Highly recommend grabbing a pad from here. I’m going to design a custom pad soon and grab another! :)
Second to none quality
This mat is absolutely beautiful. The custom artwork pops like I didn't expect, it isn't fuzzy, and (I use this as a TCG playmat) cards are easy to pick up and slide. The stitching is beautifully integrated so it isn't raised. Fantastic job, Quokka. You have my recommendation on several TCG pages in Australia. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Ordered a custom 70x40 mousepad as a gift. The colours printed on the mousepad were accurate to the original artwork, and the quality was nice.
Highly recommend quokkamousepads
The mousepad quality is amazing and their customer service is even better, the sizing had an error and they replaced it for free, can't recommend quokkamousepads enough!
One slight downside for their brand is that their mousepads come directly from the factory and have a heavy rubber smell when first opened, but it does get better with time.

A quality product in a crowded space
There are a lot of printers of desk mats and mouse pads and such, and to be honest I just took a chance on Quokka, getting a 100x50cm desk mat printed. But they were communicative from the start, transparent about the process (eg. expected delivery times based on experience), and the uploading of a photo to be printed on my desk mat was easy as pie. It arrived within their timeframes and the quality of the material (stitched edge, non-slip back, surface feel of material) and the quality of the printing seems pretty high - certainly I am more than satisfied with it. It was also a gift, and the recipient is thrilled. If I have further need I would definitely order from them again - the price is good, the quality is better.
