Taking Flight

Hi, I'm Andrew Charlton, a Perth-indie author and terminally online DM, between writing professionally, writing my novel series, and running weekly D&D games, I think if you took the pen out of my hand I'd turn to ash.

The playmat featured here is the cover of Taking Flight, an eastern-European inspired fantasy story about Syline, a young witch forced to go on the run after learning the dark secrets of the nobility. To survive, she must brave the hunters sent against her, the cold of the tundra, and the dark world she now finds herself lost in. Will she rise as the hero she aspires to be — or even survive at all?

I think the cover makes a fantastic desk or playmat, and has really added flair to my book-themed MtG Commander deck! Full credit to the artist @Grave.Puppet for her amazing work.
